The one problem is that it took almost 2 hours for the delivery. This has never happened before, and the only reason I can think of was the storm around the time of the order. No reason was ever given

The food was great! The order was just missing one item, which isn’t bad (they brought it right over), but I didn’t get to eat it with my meal tonight. Otherwise it was excellent. Would order again.

Good, ready quick. Food was fine. Relative to Curry House down the road I'd say this Gobhi Achari isn't as good, nor is the Naan as good.

Food great, delivery poor. The website at BM defaulted to "ASAP." I called after one hour, they said another ten to twelve minutes, and it took 25. Not sure who screwed up. They seemed super busy on the phone, not terribly apologetic.

If you want it not spicy, select "mild" instead of "not spicy". Something with their system doesn't register "not spicy" and mine was spicy as fuck. Went back and they made me a new one, very nice people.

When I called, person on phone was very helpful in making sure my online order was processed & would be enough for our party. Delivery person was very polite & set trays where I asked. They arrived early, but not overly so. The food was still hot upon serving. Quality wise, food was delicious. I wish they had indicated that food came with rice, as I ordered biryani as well. It also came with a condiment (raita) that I didn't order & really didn't need (especially in such a large quality). But other than those small items, I would order again.

Average tasting Indian food, nothing special. Malai Kofta didn't have those enjoyable special flavors that it should have, rather, it seems to just share the same sauce as other entrees. Gulab Jamun were tiny and came with almost no sauce. Mango Lassi was okay, but not served in a cup. Raita was more like watery yogurt and was missing the flavors that you would expect. The Aloon Naan was too mushy. Chapati was great. Bhindi tasted more like it came from a can. I am in no rush to go back.

I am always extremely pleased with Shan-A-Punjab. They have excellent food and fantastic service. Even when delivered, staff are very friendly when arriving at your door. Highly recommend!!

Food was good, but the driver called me multiple times complaining he couldn't find my address, and was "out front". Multiple times I said that it was Harvard "avenue" and not Harvard "street", and I even texted him the address. Finally after 20 minutes when I called a 4th time and read him the address again, he realized that he was in Allston instead of in Brookline. So while he called me the first time "out front" at ~6:40, he didn't end up dropping off the food until almost 7:15. This was extremely frustrating, and poor service.

The biryani was too spicy and the paneer tikka not good tasting at all. It is the first time I have been disappointed ordering from Shan a Punjab

The chicken tikka masala was pretty good, but I didn't enjoy the malai kofta as much as I have with other Indian restaurants. Overall, I would recommend Shan-A-Punjab if you're in the area.

It was alright. Overall was good but I was a bit disappointed. They charged $4 for garlic naan and only gave me 1 and the driver did not bring change so he took almost $10 in change and I specified I would be paying in cash. Overall just okay.
